Thursday, May 28, 2009 - Wine Education Service Trentino & Alto Adige Tasting (LSE): Quite deep yellow gold in colour. Classic gewurz nose - lychees, rose petals etc. Very mineral. Flavours of Turkish Delight, slightly tingly from the acidity. Spicy and warm with a touch of fatness and residual sugar on the finish. Lots going on here.
