  Very high points for this wine, because everything is in the right place.
  A perfumed, oily, creamy, spicy nose and the same elements that return in the taste.
  Dry, not dry,hard to say, but in no way heavy; the wine has a digestible style.
  One of the best gewürztramines to accompany a dish (this time tagliatelli with mushrooms,
  tomatoes, courgette and redfish). Watch the wines of Alto Adige; they are so pure, so elegant,
  but also with a backbone.

  2007 Kellerei-Cantina Tramin Gewürztraminer Alto Adige - Südtirol Nussbaumer (Italië, Trentino-Alto Adige, Alto Adige, Alto Adige - Südtirol) Kleur: Goudgeel Aroma / bouquet: Uiterst herkenbaar Gewürztraminer-karakter: boordevol tropisch fruit, vooral lychee. Verder citrus, sinaasappelschil, honing en een vleugje vanille. Smaak / Afdronk: Frisse aanzet, maar tegelijkertijd indrukwekkend veel concentratie en complexiteit. Filmend mondgevoel, fris-zuur, mineralig en tegelijkertijd rijk. Ook in de mond blijft het een explosie van smaaknuances. Algemeen / potentieel: Mijn derde verrassende Alto-Adige wijn èn eerste indrukwekkende Gewürztraminer. Prachtige frisheid maar - de derde wijn van het huis Tramin - met ballen! 50 + Kleur: 5 + Aroma / bouquet: 12 + Smaak / Afdronk: 16 + Algemeen / potentieel: 7 = 90/100

  Very aromatic, trukish delight, rosewater, pungent.
  Sweet attack, smooth midpalate, bitter finish.

  Wine Education Service Trentino & Alto Adige Tasting (LSE): Quite deep yellow gold in colour. Classic gewurz nose - lychees, rose petals etc. Very mineral. Flavours of Turkish Delight, slightly tingly from the acidity. Spicy and warm with a touch of fatness and residual sugar on the finish. Lots going on here.
