Monday, July 20, 2009 - Focused aromas of boysenberry jam and vanilla are followed by flavors of dark chocolate-covered raspberries, sweet tobacco and asian spice, with a big dose of minerality on the lingering finish. Extracted but well-balanced, with good acidity. An intriguing blend that is full-bodied, smooth-as-silk, and a terrific value. Highly recommended.
