The palate is silky, more than medium body and the alcohol shows just a little.
Flavours of blackberry, cherry pie, tobacco. Very long finish with tobacco bitterness. This is classic, lovely and now in its drinking window.

I just just bought some 2004 Ch Montelena Cab at an auction...will try that soon.
