Monday, April 17, 2017 - My last bottle, and thankfully it was as superb as the first bottle. The flavours still dark with cured meats and truffle, and this time I was able to discern black raspberry and pomegranate on the palate. The tannins were slightly grainy and grippy, but not off-putting. Beautiful.
