Monday, October 25, 2010 - The wine has a lush and ripe mouthfeel with great poise and notes of pear, honey and some stemminess. With more time, the acidity integrates more properly and some of that Vouvray funk/astringency settles. More botrytized notes emerged later on the night. A very nice wine to start things off.
