Friday, February 22, 2008 - Yellow straw color. The nose had a lot of petrol with a faint bit of pear or apple. The palate had crisp apple and citrus flavors with just the faintest bit of sweetness. For my personal taste, this wouldn't be sweet enough to drink as a dessert wine anymore, but it's too sweet to drink before red wine also. Nice wine, but I'll drink my other vintage much sooner.
