It displayed a dominant ash overtone, with weedy red fruit underneath. About thirty minutes later, Domino poured a glass- meat, red fruit, pepper, spice and dark fruit aromas. Red fruit, roasted game and pepper flavors on the palate. Long finish with plenty of fruit. Give this a brief decant or some time in the glass to open. Drinking extremely well with a bit of air.
