Sunday, September 30, 2007 - Garnet core fading towards the edge. Wonderful aromas of ripe red fruits with some forest floor and spice. Silky smooth in the mouth with more red fruits but some interest too, and a long finish of sweet fruit. Last glass the best - plenty of life left. Overall an elegant wine that was super with roast chicken.
