Saturday, October 8, 2016 - Cork came out and looked like a 5 year old. This has developed very gracefully. It is smooth, there's just a hint of dust in tannin. The notes are dark and it screams right bank Bordeaux. I am not sure I could tell Pomerol from Saint Emilion but it's definitely one of the two. Lots of cassis, leather and ash. Acid is medium and finish is of mid length. Lovely, lovely bottle.
