Saturday, July 1, 2023 - Consumed over a very warm night in Sonoma. No notes taken. Very refreshing. The color is enchanting with a beautiful clear to light pink translucency, layered like the petals of a rose. Flavors were bright and crisp. Less strawberry as compared to the Billecart Salmon rose NV, but filled with light fruit flavors at half the price. Would like to compare it to the vintage rose by the same producer, but that is for another evening.
