Sunday, December 30, 2007 - Pretty, light rose in color. Fresh scents of strawberries and cream on the nose; light and fresh mouthfeel, although I could have used a litle more frothy sharpness. Red berries and some yeasty notes as well. Would have liked a little more heft in palate. Drink now or hold a year or two more.
