Fantastic nose of dirt, wet rock and underlying dark fruit and sour cherries that jumps out at you instantly. Drank on New Year’s Eve so no formal notes, but from what I remember there was a decent amount of heat on the mid palate, soft tannins and a short finish. Wouldn’t approach again for at least 5+ years. For this price ($80cdn), not great QPR.
