Sunday, March 18, 2012 - Red Burgs Plus (Porter Creek, Burnsville): Dark red color. Pop and pour. Nose shows leather, wet earth, alcohol, spices, tight, cherry. Palate is very tart, medium body, hi acid, tannic, slightly thin.
