Thursday, April 27, 2023 - Bienvenue a Champagne; 4/20/2023-4/29/2023 (Les Crayeres, various restaurants, Les Avises and a many wonderful producers): Straight from the Domaine so this had traveled maybe 10 miles in its life all with us the day before. Super fresh and bright and just drinking really well. There is more evolution and maybe even some secondary notes to it but the predominant impression is all freshness and beauty.
