Monday, April 24, 2023 - Tasted over 2 hrs
-med dark red minimal bricking
-fairly rich ripe sweet plum dark fruit some wood
-med acidity, med weight somewhat medicinal sweet plummy dark fruit framed in residual oak that adds to the med tannins
-rather big ripe oaked and structured for an '07 though you can still pick up the underlying darker more refined fruit of the site, probably as good as it's going to get now
