Sunday, May 31, 2020 - Consumed in a series of Carlisle Zins, these are my last bottles:

This version is still very fresh. Required decant and an hour to unwind.

Consumed over two days. First day, still tight, more like a Syrah, in that earth and leather seemed predominant, with prominent tannins. A little -OH, too. Second day, a much more rounded wine, with pepper, plums, and subdued tannins.

Delicious! Drink up.
