Monday, March 16, 2020 - Consumed over three evenings. Beautiful wine, likely a bit late with this, but still super enjoyable. Floral fragrance from the moment the bottle was opened until the last. Balance fruit, different every night. Delicious with English cheddar the first night and dark chocolate the last. Drink up!
