Tuesday, December 26, 2017 - What a nice Ch9dP. Many people report refermentation in bottle but was not the case with this one. Needs some air to open up. Still tons of fruit on this baby. Perfect balance, nothing much out of tune at all. Soft and silky. long aftertaste. Wish I had more.
