Wednesday, May 9, 2018 - Served at monthly wine dinner after 3+ hour decant. Had a tiny frizzy taste upon open that blew off quickly. At tasting, spectacular CDP. Has the huge fruit of the 07 season going strong, while mixing in just the right amount of pepper and spice and a long smooth but balanced finish--still can go for awhile I think
