Community Tasting Note

Thursday, July 8, 2021 - my last of a half case... lots going on here. nose is fresh, lots of red and dark berry fruit, herbal, mint, pepper, spice. palate is smooth, silky, sweet notes swirl, mild acidity, and some pleasant tannin. there is an ever-so-slight bitter note on the finish (i've noted it in the past as well), but other than that, this is absolutely lovely. best showing yet.
