Saturday, December 5, 2020 - I enjoyed this, and wouldn't say it was premoxed, but definitely felt a little bit past peak and almost like a white Hermitage: tasty notes of apple, honey and quince, some creaminess, and a nice mouthfeel, but lacked structure and certainly didn't 'wow'.
