Thursday, September 3, 2009 - Very consistent note from the first bottle consumed in April. Initially, I thought it was flawed. Very dry cork that crumbled. Nose was a little woody at first. This is very reserved. Some bright red fruit and bramble. Perfume and floral notes. Builds on the palate and it has a surprisingly intense finish that does not last too long. This is overpriced at $24 and should be about half that.
