Saturday, July 2, 2016 - Massive legs. Extravagant nose of mint, eucalyptus, pink peppercorns and roast meat. Powerful blackberry body, with balanced strawberry freshness and complex seams of sage and umami. Long cigar box finish. Wild yet decadent.

[Drunk after dinner in Singapore. 18-90C. Decanted 2 hours.]
