Monday, January 1, 2024 - 2024 New Year's Day Double Blind Tasting: Double-blind. Wow! The nose is rocking! This is what Nebbiolo should always taste like. Fully mature, resolved tannin, high acidity, some mahogany wood with high toned red fruit. This is in its sweet spot right now. My WOTN edging out my '95 Haut Brion.
