Thursday, February 9, 2017 - Frank and Ben's Birthday (The Devonshire, Devonshire Street, Surry Hills): Red berry, almost strawberry, touches of tobacco, vanilla, sweet spice, volatile acidity and slight biscuit. On the palate it's broad and joyous with flavours of red berry, touches of tobacco leaf, but all married to vanilla and briny coconut. Still very primary and young but very pleasant.
