By text book I meant it was an educational bottle, on my first night of opening there was an unpleasant whiff, that I couldn’t get pass from. Two days later I took back the bottle to the retailer, upon retasting at the store the whiff was completely gone, the bottle became a true gem. I continued to enjoy the bottle over many months, an added benefit of the oxidized style
