Gorgeous nose of citrus oil, apple, and minerals, with a touch of oak. In the mouth, profoundly concentrated and exceptionally pure. The fruit unfolds in amazing layers, like great puff pastry -- there's always another layer coming to the forefront. There is a distinct, refreshing lemony note to the slightly tart fruit, coupled with vibrant acidity, a touch of spice and solid minerality. Exquisite finish just carries along. A
