Sunday, June 6, 2010 - Slow O'ed for 12 hours before serving. Nose: ripe plum, with hints of spice and some definite alcohol notes coming through. In the mouth, lush dark fruit, very smooth (not much acid), good length. There is a brooding element to this wine that for me at least indicates that its best days lie ahead. I'm going to wait another 18-24 months before popping another one. Notes taken mainly from Day 2.
