Tuesday, March 21, 2023 - (Disgorged in February 2010, 30% Pinot Noir and 70% Chardonnay, dosage 8 gr/L)
Gentle pressure on the lengthy cork and showing a golden yellow colour with very fine bubbles rising slowly in the glass showing a mature nose with red apples, milk chocolate and minerals at first and opening up with lime citrus flowers in a very pleasant way. Nice and smooth on the palate showing yellow plums and butter. Some dried lime zest on the finish and with a pleasant minerals touch leaving a saltiness on the lips.
