Wednesday, December 30, 2009 - Good champagne at a reasonable price. The mousse was a bit sharp but ok. Lots of aroma at first but it faded out. Bread and citrus and apples fruits, yeast. Some maturity. Taste with nice acidity and fruitiness. Citrus with some red grapefruit, red apples, fudge, bread. Medium length.
