Friday, December 31, 2010 - Delicious! Nice green apple/pear notes with mild minerality and citrus. Rich with pleasant acidity. Strong, vibrant perlage. Less dry than some bruts, not not actually an off-dry or sweet champagne. Very drinkable now.
