Tuesday, April 17, 2012 - Lovely and shows some maturity even though I though this was showing much better and more focused after being open for 4h (a little dull when first opened). A nice mix of citrus and red berries wrapped in biscuity, yeasty envelop. Balanced, started to show some minerality towards the end. Rich.
