Saturday, March 2, 2013 - Another Saturday at Domaine (Domaine Wine Storage, Chicago IL): Nose: Very well balanced with good depth and delicious tones of meyer lemons, red apples, biscuits, pears, and some brioche. There is nice layering on the nose with some maturity creeping in.

Taste: There is a refined balance to the medium body with medium+ acidity. The structure isn't intruding with round and layered tones of meyer lemons, red apples, biscuits, and brioche.

Overall: This is starting to hit it's stride. It has good structure to let it continue development, but is showing extremely well right now.
