Monday, October 27, 2014 - Chicago Rotating Dinner Series - 2001 Piedmont (Osteria Langhe - Chicago, IL): Aromas of pear, flint, apple, and florals gave this a very pretty nose. The palate was bright and fresh with some leesy notes. Tons of acidity and energy on the palate made this a very good Champagne.
