Monday, June 15, 2015 - Just a killer champagne. I tasted this initially with Nicolas Chiquet at the family home. Great acidity, white plums and pears, flowers, truffled honey and bread dough. This bottle was brought to Husk in Nashville as part of an incredible meal..Paired perfectly with shrimp and grits, crispy chicken skin, and johnnie cakes with chipped beef and pimento cheese.
