Sunday, November 29, 2020 - Wine of the Night for Thanksgiving 2020. Seriously complete at this stage. What a joy to drink. Baked apple, fading citrus, rainier cherry, biscuit, and sweet peach. Great roundness, mouthfeel. Dry as a bone. Long finish.No need to age it longer. I found it to be delicious right now. Generous mousse, great perlage. Served with Thanksgiving truffle cheese course. Spot on.
