Thursday, October 11, 2012 - Walk-in tasting: Grower Champagne w Terry Theise @ Acker Merrall (Acker Merrall retail store, New York): Very bready and yeasty. Lemon, shells and some white floral aspects. Very very young on the palate - almost brutal. Steely lime, stones and shells. This needs time. Nose - 4/6, Palate - 5/6, Finish - 5/6, Je Ne Sais Quoi - 1/2 = 15/20.
