Wednesday, April 8, 2009 - First bottle of Aubert. I hereby declare the best chardonnay I have ever had. Not sure anything is close. Spectacular nose of pear, vanilla, pineapple and silk. Smooth, complex tastes of lemon oil, white peaches, smoke and custard. A knock out!!!
