Winefool Going Away Party and Cellar Depletion (Jack's Bistro - Chicago IL): Tasted 2 days ago, note from memory. I haven't tasted this since shortly after release, and it is holding up well. Ripe and mature, with enough brightness to hold it upright with its very good concentration.

tasted blind, advertised as Burgundy but Alexander the great saw though the disinformation and called it Aubert. Impressive! very clearly toasted marshmallow here. rich rich but not monotonous. With my limited experience I get more pleasure out of the Aubert chards after 15 years in bottle. too burly when young.
