Tuesday, March 8, 2011 - This is a very fine European approach to the grape, with the fruit present, but not overpowering and with a delicate, almost musk like smell and sense to it. There is a modest amount of tannins and an overwhelming sense of complexity that could grow and be appreciated with more time open or cellared. This is not an inexpensive wine, but was the one of the 7 tried at Bin604 that I elected to get a full bottle of after the tasting event.
