Friday, March 15, 2024 - Made from single varietal of Syrah sourced from three different plots of l’Ermite, Le Sabot and Les Bessards. Aged in oak for 16 months. Medium+ ruby colour with bricking rim. Intense complex and perfumed aroma of cherries, dried roses, incense, spices, leather, hint of sweet tobacco. Medium+ body, lean texture, still in great shape, fruity and vibrant, earthy and smoky red fruit flavours, saline notes, vibrant high acidity, melting medium tannins. Started blossoming after an hour in decanter.
