Sunday, June 27, 2021 - Ruby red in colour with some light purple still in evidence and , showing a little bit of brown. On the nose grilled meat, spice (white pepper) and light smoke. A coolness. This carries over to the palate where there is still a freshness, light tannin grip that softened the longer it was opened. Darker fruits still there, but now starting to sit in the background. Medium to full mouthfeel. Some glycerol legs on the glass, but everything very well integrated. Still some sweet fruit in background.
