Monday, December 12, 2022 - Last bottle. Good cork. Some solids, needs decanting. Colour not looking particularly old. Quite savoury nose and palate, possibly around peak, dry good mouth feel. Nothing out of place. Enjoyable, despite slightly rubbery and slight harsh twist which some people would not notice.
