Wednesday, October 7, 2009 - Nice, well balanced and crystal clear violet hued ruby wine. The nose was cherry fruits, wet loam and herbs. A medium dark fruit of tart cherry and raspberry was wrapped in earthy mushrooms and wet soil. The acidity carried a medium and satisfying finish. The profile gained interest with some air.
