Full-bodied with concentrated fruit: raspberry, cherry. Mid-level acidity and rather easy on the tannins. Peppery spiciness, liquorice, chocolate and some mocha. Good length but overall rather dull.
Wasn't performing much although was decanted for some hours. Still a nice match for elk roast.
