Sunday, March 6, 2011 - I thought this showed integration and balanced elegance. Not totally stunning, but drinking well now. Medium body, slightly lighter ruby-garnet eye, nice minerality and dusty fruit with light herbs on the nose. Good fresh attack with fruit that seems to float on the palate. Shows some tannin and white pepper on the finish. Went over well by the glass, and would be great with food. Character that will develop too over next so many years, too. Good price for this quality.
