Wednesday, December 27, 2023 - This was really tasty. Decanted for 30 min or so. Poured red with an orange tint in the glass, some bricking. Slightly cloudy. Not a strong nose, but hints of black tea and raspberry. But much more red fruit on the palate, with some orange rind and prune. Maybe not as pure as I expected. But really good, resolved tannins - and held up and held its own in between a 2019 saxum white and a 2012 Darioush cab.
