Friday, November 13, 2020 - Broached with a little trepidation because I've had mixed results with this producer: sometimes fabulous, sometimes unpleasant (and rarely in between). This one was fabulous. Dark berry compote, licorice, a little earthiness and quite a bit of spice. Somehow both rich and exuberant: dense, layered and full-bodied, but supple. Great bottle.
