Friday, May 6, 2022 - cork soaked through completely. Decanted off sediment about 25 minutes before dinner. Fairly advanced but not dead. Loads of tobacco and earth, some nice sour cherry holding on to the finish. On the far side of peak, but still great, still amazing considering its a 35 year old appellation wine.
